Natural care has been awarded

In Tosama, our design and development are always driven by the motto that the end product must be the best we can offer to our customers. A great test of how the market will receive the novelty is a worldwide project Product of the Year, which also takes place in Slovenia.

The concept was established in France almost 30 years ago. It operates in over 40 countries around the world with the same purpose: to guide consumers to the best new products available on the market and reward industries for marketing innovation and quality. Eligible to participate in the project are fast-moving consumer goods and services that have been launched as either a completely new product or a substantially changed one. The winning product in each individual category is then selected on the basis of an independent opinion poll carried out by the AC Nielsen measurement and data analytics agency.

Our company has been taking part in the project since 2014. Each year we win an award, eight of our products or product groups have been awarded so far. The results of the 2015 survey, which proved that our users are loyal to the trademark, were a great incentive to work. Therefore, we decided then to offer our brand Natura Femina, which was only available in pharmacies at the time, via general consumption channels as well.

In 2018, we applied two of our product lines to the project: Natura Femina sanitary pads and novelties in the to.to children’s program. Both of them won the award. The reputation and credibility of the Product of the Year seal that will now be printed on the package of the products are a confirmation for us and a great added value for our customers.

The award for Natura Femina cotton sanitary pads gives us the confirmation that we are thinking and creating in the right direction, offering innovative solutions for women by using natural and comfortable materials. Natura Femina ultra-thin cotton sanitary pads have become the choice of the women who only demand the best for themselves.

From the wide range of childcare products, we applied the latest innovations from last year: natural baby bar soap, baby bar shampoo, moist toilet paper, and cotton pads. The award confirms that natural materials are what consumers are looking for when buying products for children. We are now printing the seal on our products with the awareness that our efforts are appreciated by those who we care about in particular: parents caring for their babies.
