Znebimo se celulita

Z luknjičavo pomarančno kožo, ki se imenuje celulit, se ubada več kot 80 odstotkov žensk. Za njegov nastanek je večinoma krivo hormonsko neravnovesje ter vezno tkivo v koži žensk, ki je v primerjavi z moškim precej bolj neelastično. Hormon estrogen povzroča, da se maščobne celice nalagajo v podkožje in shranjujejo med ohlapno postavljena kolagenska vlakna. Zaradi njih sta krvni in limfni pretok vse slabša, toksini zastajajo, vezivno tkivo vse bolj slabi in propada. V koži že kmalu začutimo vozličke, vdolbinice in izboklinice, na pogled pa postaja vse bolj podobna pomarančni lupini.

Ukrepajmo!
Celulit najpogosteje prizadene stegna, boke, zadnjico, meča, kolena in gležnje, redkeje pa roke, trebuh in obraz. Znano je, da ga popolnoma odpraviti ni mogoče, lahko pa s pravilnim in pravočasnim ukrepanjem preprečimo njegovo širjenje. Dobro je vedeti, da v boju s celulitom naredimo največ, če na obolelo tkivo delujemo od zunaj in od znotraj.

Prehrana
Najpomembnejši ukrep proti celulitu je skrb za zdravo prehrano in posledično izguba odvečnih kilogramov. Priporočljivo je kar se da zmanjšati uživanje maščob in ogljikovih hidratov. Potrebno je pravilno sestavljati obroke, uživati čim več sadja in zelenjave, zdravih maščob in pustega mesa, z jedilnika pa črtati gazirane pijače, kofein in predelan sladkor. Priporočljivo je pitje čajev za čiščenje in uživanje hrane, ki vsebuje veliko silicija, kalija in vitamina E. In ne nazadnje: spiti je treba tudi dovolj vode – do dva litra na dan.

Telesna vadba
Poleg pravilne prehrane je zelo pomembno tudi redno gibanje. Pomaga nam izboljšati prekrvavitev in presnovo, s tem pa izločanje strupenih snovi iz telesa. Z vadbo povečamo mišično maso ter hkrati zmanjšamo ohlapnost kože na kritičnih področjih. Še posebej sta priporočljiva plavanje in kolesarjenje ter aerobna in anaerobna vadba.

Masaža
Tudi masaža spodbudi prekrvavitev kože, mikrocirkulacijo podkožnega tkiva in delovanje limfe, hkrati pa omehča celulitne vozle. Učinkovine proti celulitu v sredstvih za masažo pa okrepijo izločanje tekočine in strupenih snovi iz telesa. Za masažo kritičnih delov telesa uporabljajmo kreme, olja, gele ali pilinge.
